The November 2005 issue of Milwaukee Magazine and Wisconsin Super Lawyers named David P. Lowe as one of its "Super Lawyers". David is a 1977 graduate, cum laude, of Marquette University Law School, where he served on the Editorial Board of the Marquette Law Review. Following a two year clerkship with United States District Judge Myron L. Gordon in the Eastern District of Wisconsin, he was an associate, and later a shareholder, with the law firm of Friebert, Finerty & St. John, S.C., where his practice included civil trial and appellate litigation, criminal defense, personal injury and election and campaign finance law. Since joining forces with Donald Jacquart in 1991, David Lowe has handled a wide variety of trial work in state and federal courts, including cases involving auto accidents, medical malpractice, products liability, insurance disputes and sexual harassment, and consumer and commercial disputes. David has taught seminars at Marquette University Law School, has been a speaker for the Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers continuing education program, and has served as chair of the Milwaukee Bar Association Courts Committee.
