Our law firm was recently privileged to participate as co-counsel in the historic wrongful death case for the widows of three ironworkers killed when a huge crane collapsed during the construction of Miller Park, home of the Milwaukee Brewers baseball team. Our client, a widow of one of the ironworkers, shared a $99 million verdict for compensatory and punitive damages with the two other widows. This verdict was the largest verdict for a construction site death in the state of Wisconsin. Our law firm was also recognized for one of the top two verdicts reported to the Wisconsin Law Journal in 2004.
